As a young teenager, Tappy entered a surfboard shop and naturally took to shaping. During his travels on the North Shore of Hawaii, he was able to experience first hand the differences between single, twin and thruster.
Tappy then took a break from surfing to attend art school and spent some of his life immersed in the mountains producing modern art and snowboarding. But at the age of thirty, he went back to shaping. For over 20 years now, Tappy has been shaping boards with the utmost respect for art and precision workmanship, following his own sensibilities and inspirations from art and music.
All the originality of Tappy's boards is bathed in his personal experiences.

Le Pencil est un single fin mid lenght qui combine les atouts d'un shortboard et d'un longboard.
