Yerxa is a small surfboard company located in the old sugar mill in Waialua, whose goal is to make hand-customized surfboards for surfers around the world, regardless of their skill level.
I made my first surfboard in my parents' garage when I was 17 years old. Over the years I've had the pleasure of working with some of the best shapers and most inspiring people I've known. Jon Pyzel, Eric Arakawa, Jim Richardson, Cino Magallenes and Jeff Johnston are the ones that have influenced me the most. I have worked for Third Stone Surfboards, SMAC, Pyzel Surfboards, Eric Arakawa, Shuji Kasuya Surfboards, Boardculture, Town and Country, and Hawaiian Island Creations.
